Early bird registration fees are $40 for merchandise/sales vendors and $20 for non-profits. After November 14th, registration fees are $55 for merchandise/sales vendors and $30 for non-profits.

Vendor Information

Registration guarantees each vendor a 6×6 booth space. WSC does not provide tables, chairs, tents, or signage. When vendors begin purchasing their booth registration, additional information about set-up times, booth placement, accessibility, and more is available. More specific information regarding booth placement and other details will be available closer to the event date around December 9th.
