Canine Carnival

Join WSC as we honor the working and playing dogs of the community! Learn about dogs and their wolf relatives, meet dog related service providers, and visit with an eclectic group of vendors while enjoying a variety of impressive dog demonstrations. Hungry? PJ’s Grill will be on-site with a delicious meal selection, and Bent Brewstillery will be providing beverages. Feel free to bring your own dog but please bring a leash.

EVENT ADMISSION:

Adult - $15.00

Child (ages 5-17) - $10.00

Ages 4 and under are free!

Dogs are welcome; must be on a leash.

Pre-purchase your admission HERE. Tickets can also be purchased at the door (credit card or cash). Note that we are not able to provide change if paying in cash. Please plan on bringing exact change, or consider donating the few extra dollars! We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • Fleece Creations By Diane: Handmade fleece scarves and vests plus Christmas stockings and table runners mostly animal themed.

  • Laurie Hanson Books: Selling two illustrated children's books that feature golden retrievers.

  • Neeter's Pet Sitting, LLC: I am a professional pet sitter that owns Neeter‚Äôs Pet Sitting.  I do kennel-free boarding out of my home for dogs. We live on 5 acres of wooded land. It is a cozy place where dogs are able to be on furniture and beds if allowed to at home.  I have a large fenced-in area where the dogs are able to go potty and play, dogs get plenty of exercise, love, and attention.  I am certified in Pet Sitting, First aid/CPR, and Fear Free.

  • Six Paca Acres: I make hats, scarves, ear muffs, rugs, trivets, wall hangings and I have suet feeders with alpaca fiber(for the birds and squirrels)  I also have some homemade jams. A few coats and sweatshirts.                                                                                                                  

  • Sweets 4 You: Local cottage food producer- Baked goods & dog treats

  • The Geek Boutique: Geeky and nerdy gifts for all. Drink tumblers, blind date with a book, bath and body products for humans and pups, games, stickers and more!

  • United Doberman Rescue and Canine Castaways of Minnesota: United Doberman Rescue and Canine Castaways of MN is a non-profit dog rescue that helps Dobermans, Doberman mixes, and even other breeds too.  UDR helps dogs locally as well as working actively with other rescues across the country to help dogs in need find the safety of rescue and their forever homes. We are a foster-based rescue with foster homes all over Minnesota and surrounding states.  UDR also believes in breed education, and we'll have Doberman ambassadors for you to meet and greet. We'd love to chat with you about volunteering, fostering, or adoption!

  • Working Dog Pack: Information on working dogs including resources for training and finding an ethical breeder.  Working dogs such as the Siberian Husky, Great Pyrenees, Norwegian Elkhound, French Bulldog, and Bernese Mountain dog will be present.

Interested in being a part of the event? Register your organization for a booth as a non-profit, vendor, or demonstrator HERE. Early bird registration fees are $40 for merchandise/sales vendors and $20 for non-profits. After April 1st, registration fees are $55 for merchandise/sales vendors and $30 for non-profits.
